Involving in Gas Station valuation and Commercial properties, has hundreds of Comp's for over 500 Gas Stations sold. Ernie has been involved in over 40 formal written valuations, in his professional business & commercial broker career.
Ernie Luckhardt & his wife have been past partners in the Reality Advance, Real Estate Company located in Discovery Bay & Brentwood. Other Business Ernie Luckhardt has owned and operated as the President are; Luckhardt Management, Inc.Commercial SBA Lending Company. Coastal Business Brokers & CBG, Inc. all were Business Brokerage firms. Mr. Luckhardt has also been partner and Sr. Vice President for the Posey Company, Inc., which was a Manufacture Representative firm for over 12 years. Has also served as pasted Vice President of ERA (Electronic Representative Association).
Mr. Luckhardt also owned and operated 12 Deli's Sandwich Shop's / Restaurants all over the San Francisco Bay Area. Ernie, has sold and has been involved with hundred of different kinds of business's sales and transactions for 23 years as operating as a Professional Business Brokers.
