Before the new equipment pumps and 2009 upgrades to the station we were selling around 50,000 gallons per month.  That took a jump to nearly 60,000 as soon as the new gear went on line.  Sales continued growing through Jan. that was our best month at 69,000 gallons.  Dropped to 68,000 even though there was an extra day.  Now being open for credit cards 24 hours.  

Our prices are essentially the same as downtown Sonoma, and we’re getting a lot of complements from customers on how we’ve improved the station. 

I calculated some time ago that 75,000 gallons/month.

5000 sq. ft. builing is on the property and bring in rental income of $6,500 monthly 10 year lease with tenant.
